Hybrid Workplace as the Core of the Network
LUPICIA, which has more than 100 stores in Japan and abroad, plans to relocate its headquarters from Tokyo to this location in a rich natural setting with close views of Mt. Yotei and Niseko Annupuri.
In addition to the employee housing complex, a lodge will be built to accommodate member customers surrounded by tea plantations and herb gardens, and a water park utilizing the abundant water resources will be developed and opened to the public. This is part of the Niseko Village concept.
A flexible and comfortable "hybrid workplace" was designed to accommodate a variety of work styles, such as telecommuting, office work, flextime, and ABW (Activity Based Working). We have created a network environment to expand the possibilities of remote work, and at the same time, we are striving to create a space that enhances the appeal of visiting this place in person and encountering the people and scenery.
