REGARDING MEASURES TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF THE NEW CORONAVIRUS INFECTION

At NASCA we have been closely monitoring the outbreak status of the new coronavirus, and have taken steps to prevent infection. In light of the announcement of emergency, and considering the health and safety of the staff, their families and everyone involved, we had implemented working from home until May 6; furthermore we have decided to extend that period for the time being.
Also, we will inform you of our response policy regarding preventative measures against the new type coronavirus infection.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
１．Correspondence while working from home
（１）For inquiries and consultations, please contact each person by email.
（２）As a general rule, we shall hold meetings through conference calls via phone or internet.
（３）Regarding supervision work at the construction site, consultations with suppliers or construction workers should be carried out through web or phone conference as much as possible.
２．Visits to related places
（１）As a general rule, we shall refrain from visiting any related places until May 6.
（２）Please refrain from visiting our office until May 6, communication will be done through data exchange as much as possible.
In addition, if visits are unavoidable for business purpose, we will implement infection prevention measures with the understanding of the parties concerned.
３．Business trips・business meals
（１）As a general rule, for the time being business trips shall be postponed.
（２）For the time being, regardless of the number of people, we shall refrain from having business meals.
If it is necessary for employees come to work, we shall implement the following infection control measures.
（１）Thoroughly disinfect with alcohol, ventilate the office, wear masks, and other measures necessary to prevent infection.
（２）Any person with a fever above 37C, loss of sense of taste and/or smell, and other symptoms shall stay home.
（３）If a relative gets infected or comes in contact with an infected person, we shall promptly deal with it.
（４）If a person gets infected at our company, we shall promptly notify all concerned parties.
At present we shall proceed with the measures described above and we shall review the countermeasures as needed, taking into consideration the future outbreak situation and the response of the government and local municipalities.
